Photography in Hollywood

 Brandon Scales’s ventures of Hollywood rolled out some amazing photos. Here is his story behind the pieces.

"I spent one year in the center of the media empire that is Hollywood, California.  Hollywood is as American as apple pie, country music and the Christian God.  I was surprised to find none of these in such an iconic city. Just beneath the surface, this city of lights is well oiled money making machine; Dropping off busloads of tourists and handing them fliers picturing Scientology's own Tom Cruise who will be premiering his new Jewish funded action film. Where is the apple pie, they ask, “baseball, or your Jesus?”

       “ One of those entities does exist amongst the glitz, the glamour and the slum that is Hollywood California. Although it may not be what you’d expect to find, there is a presence there if you look hard enough."
